How Cura plus Limited collects, uses and protects personal information through this website, and your rights under UK GDPR.
Who we are
Cura plus Limited is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17355359. Registered office: Copthorne Business Suite, Copthorne Way, Copthorne, West Sussex, England, RH10 3PG. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. Contact us about privacy at hello@curaplus.dev.
What we collect
When you use our enquiry form, we collect your name, email address and message, and anything else you choose to give us, such as your organisation, role, phone number and the products you are interested in.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
We use your details only to reply to you and, if you ask, to arrange a demonstration or call. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in answering enquiries about our products, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who handles it for us
Enquiry messages are sent to our inbox by Resend, our email sending provider, acting as our processor. This website is hosted by Vercel. Our products are hosted in the UK and EU. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards UK law requires, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. We never sell personal information.
Cura OT requests
If you ask for occupational therapy support through Cura OT, we pass your request to Dignity Access Limited, the official Cura plus reseller for England and Wales, so that it can respond. Dignity Access Limited will explain how it uses your information.
Using our products
When a care organisation uses Cura plus products, that organisation is usually the controller of the records it holds, and we act as its processor under a written agreement. See our data processing agreement summary.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are not stored on this website. We keep enquiries that do not lead to work for up to 12 months after our last contact, then delete them. Client records are kept as our client agreements set out.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to object to our using it. Email hello@curaplus.dev. We will reply within one month.
Complaints
Please tell us first if you are unhappy. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We will update this notice when our practices change and show the date it was last updated.
