Using CuraAI to spot bottlenecks

CuraAI bottleneck insights, now in build, are designed to highlight pressure points early and suggest options. CuraAI suggests; your manager decides.

Pressure in a care service rarely arrives without warning. A run of unfilled shifts, applicants waiting on references or care plans due for review can build up quietly until they affect the people you support. Spotting these patterns early usually depends on a manager having the time to look across several lists at once.

CuraAI bottleneck insights are in build. They are designed to help your team see these pressure points sooner, with reasons, and to offer options for your manager to consider.

What CuraAI is designed to look for

Using the information recorded in Cura plus and connected systems, bottleneck insights are designed to highlight areas that may need attention. Examples could include an area that may be short of carer hours on a particular day, onboarding steps that are taking longer than usual, or reviews that are coming due. Each prompt is designed to show the information it is based on, so your team can see why it has appeared.

It suggests; your manager decides

CuraAI does not change rotas, contact applicants or act on its own. Each insight is a prompt for review. Your manager can accept a suggestion, change it or set it aside, and nothing happens until a person decides.

CuraAI is designed to support professional and clinical judgement. It does not make care decisions; your professionals do.

Knowing its limits

CuraAI only sees what is recorded in the system. It can be wrong or incomplete, and it cannot know what your team knows about the people you support. That is why every suggestion is designed to go to a person for review.

Where this work is now

Bottleneck insights are in build as part of CuraAI, the shared intelligence layer across Cura plus products. We will share more as the work develops. If you would like to talk about where pressure builds up in your service, please get in touch.
