Do you offer ready software or bespoke builds?
Both. You can use a ready SaaS product, commission a bespoke build, or combine the two.
Which products are available now?
Cura OT and the Cura plus Staff App are live. Predictive care and the care provider suite have been commissioned and are not yet live. Our other products are in build. We are happy to talk about early involvement.
How much does it cost?
Pricing on request. Costs depend on the product, the size of your service and any bespoke work.
Does CuraAI make decisions about care?
CuraAI is designed to support professional and clinical judgement. It does not make care decisions; your professionals do.
Is the CQC audit preparation tool linked to the Care Quality Commission?
Cura plus is an independent company. This tool helps providers prepare and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by the Care Quality Commission. It does not predict or guarantee any inspection rating.
Who owns our data?
You do. As a care provider you are usually the controller and Cura plus acts as processor under a data processing agreement. You can export your data.
Can Cura plus connect to the systems we already use?
Often, yes. We use supported interfaces where they exist. Tell us what you use and we will give you an honest view.
Who handles Cura OT requests?
Requests for occupational therapy support made through Cura OT are passed to Dignity Access Limited, the official Cura plus reseller for England and Wales.
Where is our data hosted?
Our products are hosted in the UK and EU.
