Accessibility statement

How accessible this website is, and how to tell us about a problem.

Our commitment

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, speech recognition or a magnifier. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA. We are working towards this standard. We have not yet had the website independently checked against it.

How we designed this website

  • Colours chosen for strong contrast between text and background.
  • Zoom up to 400% without text spilling off the screen.
  • Move around the whole website using only a keyboard, with a clear outline showing where you are.
  • Use the website with a screen reader, such as JAWS, NVDA or VoiceOver.
  • Animations are reduced if you have asked your device to reduce motion.
  • Every meaningful image has a text description.
  • Our enquiry form has clear labels and error messages in plain words.

Known limitations

Some illustrative product screens are pictures. Their key points are also described in the text on each page. Please tell us if anything is hard to use.
